Chemical Peel Services
Chemical peels are a great way to remove signs of aging, increase skin radiance, improve sun damage and reduce pore size. The primary focus of this procedure is to apply a predefined regimen of chemical solutions to remove dry or damaged skin cells and reveal the new, healthy skin cells underneath. Chemical peels can be applied to improve the appearance of the face, neck, décolleté, and hands.
We provide a wide range of peel options and each is designed to target individual skin care needs.
Light peels - for superficial peeling, often involving no down time
Moderate peels - may result in 2 – 5 days of gentle sloughing, which can easily be managed with extra moisturizer and can be covered with makeup
Intense peels - offer more dramatic results, but may involve more visible peeling and sloughing for 5 – 7 days or more

Pre and Post Care Instructions for Chemical Peels
How To Prepare for Chemical Peel Treatment:

Avoid aggressive exfoliation for 2 days prior

Refrain from waxing in the treated area for 5 days prior

Stop the use of retinol 1 week prior

Post Treatment Instructions:

Moisturize: Use a gentle, water-based moisturizer at least twice a day to keep your skin hydrated. You may need to use a thicker moisturizer than you normally would.

Avoid sun exposure: Protect your skin from the sun for at least two weeks after your peel. Use sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 30 every day, and apply it continuously if you'll be outside.

Wash with lukewarm water: Avoid hot or cold water, which can irritate your skin.

Avoid excessive heat: Avoid saunas and hot water, which can make your skin more sensitive and cause redness, swelling, and discomfort.

Don't pick at your skin: Let your skin peel on its own.

Avoid strenuous activities: Avoid sweating and strenuous activities for 24-48 hours.

Caution with skincare: Avoid using exfoliants or makeup with harsh chemicals, especially for a few days after your peel.
